On completion of a deal, at least one of our investment professionals joins the Board to support the local management to implement the business plan jointly approved.

We understand that no two investment opportunities are the same and reflect this in our open-minded approach to the structure of the transaction.  If the opportunity is right, we will work with the entrepreneur to complete a deal however complex and demanding the transaction may be.
