Daniel’s professional path is an amazing combination of tradition and innovation. Daniel is an expert in M&A, organisation and post merger support integration.

Uwe graduated with a focus on industrial and occupational sciences, human resources and law. He underwent an in-depth training and further education both in the psychological area and in adult education.

Uwe held several Managing Director’s positions, where he was among other responsible for sales, marketing and procurement in the vicinity of the Metro Holding with direct reporting line to the board.

Som has 10 years of experience in the field of venture capital investment. Being a process oriented person, Som is responsible for the development of the Investment Manager’s operating procedures and ensuring the smooth running of opportunities assessment, pipeline development, investment banking, investor relationship and fund raising.

Mr. Omar Salah Ahmed is an investment professional with over 9 years of experience. During the course of his career, he has had the pleasure of working on some of the largest investment banking deals emanating out of Middle East region including Pakistan.

Omar worked in senior investment banking roles within KPMG, Alfalah Securities (a Dhabi Group Company) and Elixir Securities (a Dawood Group company). His areas of expertise include Investment Analysis, Deal Structuring, Negotiations, Mergers & Acquisitions, IPO & Pre-IPO funds, Structured Finance solutions and Private Equity arrangements.

Omar has actively helped to attract major international investment industry players into the region. His overalltransactional experience accounts for over USD 25 billion in value. Recently, he has been actively involved in Investment Management, having advised 5 different Private Equity funds, as well as managed portfolios worth USD 500 million in value.

Omar holds a Bachelors in Commerce from the University of Karachi.

Sandra has a proven track record on cross border transactions in the emerging triangle – Middle East, Southeast Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. Sandra predominantly splits her time between Singapore and the satellite offices in Lebanon and the UAE with frequent visits to Africa.

Prior to joining Xeon International, Sandra was in charge of the Corporate Finance Division at Emirates Capital, a boutique European Investment Bank in Dubai (UAE). Prior to this, Sandra worked for Ernst & Young and for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
