Venzi has been working with Arthur Anderson in Sofia prior to setting up his own business. Venzi is taking care of the South East European Region and is the administrator of our SEE operations hub. He is our senior Group Tax advisor. Omar worked in senior investment banking roles within KPMG, Alfalah Securities (a Dhabi Group Company) and Elixir Securities (a Dawood Group company). His areas of expertise include Investment Analysis, Deal Structuring, Negotiations, Mergers & Acquisitions, IPO & Pre-IPO funds, Structured Finance solutions and Private Equity arrangements.

Omar has actively helped to attract major international investment industry players into the region. His overalltransactional experience accounts for over USD 25 billion in value. Recently, he has been actively involved in Investment Management, having advised 5 different Private Equity funds, as well as managed portfolios worth USD 500 million in value.

Marty is an experienced and accomplished management executive, having spent over 25 years as a senior retail manager, building and developing companies ranging in volume from $25 million to $1.5 billion in annual sales, and managing up to 7500 associates. Upon retiring from retail, Marty began working in financial services, serving clients in the acquisition and financing of real estate, and helping clients with life insurance, retirement planning, and health care needs.

He currently works with developers in the preparation of business plans and financial statements for funding purposes. Marty earned a MBA in Marketing, and also holds a Real Estate and Mortgage Sales License, and a Life & Health Insurance Sales License.

Azize completed his Master of Business Administration and Finance at University of Cologne.His fields of specialisation were banking management, insurance business management an international tax law.Azize worked his whole career within the Financial Service Industry.

He has been working for leading financial institutions such as Citibank, DEG and Copa where he gained a lot of experience in the fields of Corporate banking, investment and project financing. He was in charge of a portfolio of debts, Mezzanine and Private Equity for African cooperates.Azize mission is to take care of the West African territory and to introduce the highest quality service standards for its clients.
